Solutions Architect, Director of the N-iX Corporate AI & Efficiency Department

Yaroslav Mota is a Solution Architect and the Director of the N-iX Corporate AI & Efficiency Department. 

Yaroslav joined N-iX in 2016 as a senior software engineer and Technical Lead. Later on he also took on responsibilities as .NET Competence Lead. In this role, he oversaw consulting, competence model development, technical evaluations, mentorship, and community development. Yaroslav is a SEI-certified software architect, AWS-Certified Solutions Architect Professional and cloud expert, working extensively with both Azure and AWS clouds.

Currently, Yaroslav Mota serves as Director of the N-iX Corporate AI & Efficiency Department, where he leads efforts to boost internal productivity and integrate AI into engineering processes company-wide. He partners with engineering and delivery teams to roll out scalable tools, automation solutions, and industry best practices.
