Head of Engineering Excellence at N-iX

Yaroslav Mota is a Solution Architect and the the Head of Engineering Excellence Practice at N-iX. 

Yaroslav joined N-iX in 2016 as a senior software engineer and Technical Lead. Later on he also took on responsibilities as .NET Competence Lead. In this role, he oversaw consulting, competence model development, technical evaluations, mentorship, and community development. Yaroslav is a SEI-certified software architect, AWS-Certified Solutions Architect Professional and cloud expert, working extensively with both Azure and AWS clouds.

In 2022, Yaroslav became the Head of Engineering Excellence. His responsibilities include upholding the organization's best practices, technology radars, and project assessments to ensure that the quality delivered to clients aligns with N-iX's rigorous standards. Yaroslav is also deeply involved in consulting activities, architectural assignments, developing architectural competencies, and cloud migration programs. He is an active member of local tech communities, a mentor, and a tech speaker.
