N-iX has been named one of the top-20 IT employers, according to EY Best Employer Survey 2020. The survey is conducted yearly among students and industry professionals to analyze the labor market trends, define preferences of the candidates, identify top employers in Ukraine and their attractiveness criteria.
As part of the 2020 survey, EY interviewed more than 1,200 professionals in various industries and from different regions of Ukraine. According to the results, in 2020 the most popular employer attractiveness factors are corporate culture, personal and professional growth, salary level, company’s market position, and comfortable working environment. Also, the respondents could name companies that they think are the most attractive employers. They could name a particular company independently or select one from the suggested lists based on the results of the previous years.
According to the independent mentions by professionals, other most attractive IT employers are Ciklum, EPAM, Genesis, GlobalLogic, Google, Grammarly, Intellias, MacPaw, Microsoft, and SoftServe (in alphabetical order).
In 2021, N-iX was also recognized among the top three IT employers by Forbes Ukraine in their ‘50 Best Employers in Ukraine’ rating. On top of this award, N-iX ranked number four in the 2020 list of the best IT employers by DOU.ua in 2020.
