N-iX is one of the best employers in Ukraine according to Forbes - number nine among the top 50 companies and number three among IT employers. The rating ‘50 Best Employers in Ukraine’ was created and published by Forbes Ukraine.
To compile this year’s list, Forbes surveyed 11,675 respondents. The rating was formed using a 100-point scale: employee feedback – 60%, employer market experts evaluation – 20%, and information from open sources - 20%. Each company was evaluated based on employee loyalty, opportunities for career development and compensation it offers, support provided since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, and other factors.
N-iX received 84 out of 100 points. The company’s specialists and external experts best-rated work conditions and professional development opportunities at N-iX, fair compensation, and company transparency. N-iXers also displayed a high level of company loyalty – a major factor in the final ranking.
Volodymyr Landa, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Forbes Ukraine magazine, defines the purpose of the rating: “It is not easy to change a job in 2021. Some do it having no other choice, others are prompted by circumstances. In any case, to choose the best job offer, you should assess both pros and cons of a specific vacancy and the company itself.”

Therefore, in the challenging 2020 year, we managed to adapt internal processes and joined the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic. We transformed N-iX offices into shared team spaces and offered the option to choose between office-based, flexible, and fully remote work models. N-iX opened positions for remote candidates to strengthen the team with the best talents from across Ukraine. Owing to these and other important steps that we took, N-iX reached 1,200 professionals and grew by 33% in 2020.

The list of "50 Best Employers in Ukraine" includes seven IT companies. N-iX is third among them.
On top of this award, N-iX ranked number four in the 2020 list of the best IT companies by Dou.ua and was selected number three among the best IT companies in Lviv. The rating surveyed 14,615 employees from 1,008 companies.
