N-iX, a leading European software development company, has received AWS Lambda Service Delivery Designation. This designation recognizes that the company follows best practices with AWS Lambda and has demonstrated proven customer success.

AWS Lambda Service Delivery designation validates that AWS Partners in the field can build services and applications without provisioning or managing servers, migrate solutions to a microservices architecture running on serverless computing, and provide developer tooling solutions validated by AWS serverless experts against the AWS Well-Architected Framework.

Achieving the Lambda Service Delivery Designation differentiates N-iX as an AWS Partner Network (APN) member that is well-equipped to assist customers design, develop and maintain the serverless application using AWS Lambda and DevOps best practices to reduce the total cost of ownership and expedite time-to-market. N-iX development teams have been successfully implementing cloud-based solutions for manufacturing, healthcare, telecom, fintech, and other sectors.

“As an AWS Advanced Consulting Partner, we constantly comply with a high bar of AWS standards and best practices. The Service Delivery Program (SDP) is a great way to make an external check of the projects developed for our customers with the help of AWS Solution Architects. AWS Lambda is a serverless, event-driven compute service, one of the most commonly used ones. Therefore, having this serverless segment of the N-iX portfolio covered with an SDP Designation from AWS is another proof of the high-quality services delivered to many of our customers”, shares Orest Furhala, Head of Partnerships at N-iX.

N-iX experience with AWS Lambda: Featured case study

To obtain the Lambda Service Delivery Designation, N-iX has gone through a rigorous validation process and submitted several success stories of our clients. One of them was for a provider of a leading in-game platform for advertisers, agencies, and game developers.

Our customer has come up with the idea of creating an ad exchange platform that would allow seamless ad integration into the game. Traditional advertising solutions usually deliver ads before the game begins or in the game’s menu. Therefore, our goal was to set up new standards in in-game advertising by placing native ads directly into the gameplay in a non-intrusive, contextual, and irritation-free manner.

For this project, the client partnered with N-iX to develop a solution that helps bring ads into Virtual and Augmented realities without breaking the game experience. AWS Lambda was an integral part of this project, as it allowed the application to deliver excellent results with an option of pay as you use.
