Forbes recognized N-iX as one of the best employers in Ukraine. Among the 50 leading companies, N-iX is ranked number 16, and it is number seven among IT employers in the list.
To compile this year’s list, Forbes surveyed more than 25 000 respondents. The results of the survey were underpinned by employer market experts' evaluation and information from open sources. Companies were evaluated based on loyalty, reward, working conditions, social package, information openness, opportunities for development, a sense of protection, and other factors.
In total, N-iX received 77 out of 100 points. The company's specialists and external experts best-rated opportunities for internal development, a high level of company loyalty, and a high satisfaction with remuneration and working conditions.

In December 2021, Forbes also named N-iX as one of the 25 smartest companies in Ukraine in the R&D field.
On top of these awards, N-iX is ranked as one the best IT employers in Ukraine according to DOU rating. According to the survey conducted in December 2021, N-iX took the silver medal among Ukrainian IT companies in the category of 1,500+ specialists.
