Implementation: Cloud-agnostic replatforming, CI/CD pipeline, and monitoring integrationsImplementation
The engagement began with a Discovery Phase, in which an N-iX Solution Architect and two DevOps engineers studied the existing setup, captured the client's goals, and designed the target architecture for the cloud version of the product.
To give the platform a common runtime that behaves the same across clouds, N-iX rebuilt it around Kubernetes. Our team containerized every service and packaged the platform as Helm charts, turning it into a set of ready-made installation packages that customers deploy by following the guide, without involving the client. To confirm the solution runs well wherever a customer chooses to put it, N-iX experts performed load testing and tuning on AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure, and verified deployments on managed cloud Kubernetes, self-hosted clusters, and local minikube environments. Autoscaling driven by the portal's own metrics keeps resource use matched to demand. In total, the rebuild covered every service in the platform, delivered by a dedicated N-iX team over the course of the engagement, and now runs across Telit's customer base.
Some customer-specific logic was buried in the legacy monolith. N-iX pulled it into a separate configurable layer so customers keep that flexibility without touching the core codebase.
N-iX also built the delivery pipeline end-to-end: each change is now compiled and pushed to the test environment automatically, with no manual release steps. For observability, we integrated Prometheus, Grafana, and Graphite, giving operators preconfigured dashboards with a live view of load, logs, resource consumption, and database storage. Finally, the team produced a step-by-step deployment manual; the client ran the procedure and brought up a working instance, confirming the guide holds up in practice.
