N-iX, a global software solutions and engineering services company, has become a finalist for the 2024 DataIQ Awards in the 'Breakthrough with Data or AI (Enabler)' category!
The DataIQ Awards honor companies and individuals who excel in the data industry. This year, N-iX is proud to be recognized for developing an automated, ML-powered transaction handling system for a large provider of prepaid cards and current accounts from the UK.
The N-iX team developed a comprehensive cloud-agnostic, ML-powered system that resulted in remarkable customer base growth for the client’s business. This solution included real-time data processing, analytics, and ML algorithms that helped the client:
- Streamline transaction processing and remove the need to manually examine declined transactions with an ML-powered solution that provides full information about payments;
- Decrease the latency of transaction processing from up to 5 minutes to 250 milliseconds;
- Accelerate time-to-market by setting up the infrastructure and the CI/CD pipeline for the solution.
