Book2Meet is building the future of meeting space management, giving easy transparent online environment for users’ meeting needs. With over 32,000 spaces in 15 countries and a large selection of venues in Belgium, France, Germany, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands, users can search as broadly as a whole country, or as narrowed down as a city landmark.
N-iX fully provided Book2Meet with web competency to design and implement the complex booking application from architecture design to final implementation and testing.

Book2Meet platform allows to explore your options with 32,000 spaces in 7,500 European venues, narrow your choice by meeting duration, distance from your preferred location, features and budget, to adjust your options and make the booking.
The platform allows to book spaces by hour and offers a standardized cancellation policy that is easy to understand.
