Our client is a leading enterprise that provides a creative platform for digital assets, tools, and services. It enables businesses and creators to access and license high-quality images, videos, music, and editorial content, as well as commission customized visual materials designed to match specific brand objectives.

The client aimed to replace their existing React-based admin solution. This would help them to improve the efficiency of day-to-day operations, streamline user experience, and optimize expenses.

N-iX began the cooperation with the client by conducting a thorough assessment of their existing legacy system. We then outlined a detailed plan and developed a new solution based on the modern tech stack:

  • Designed and implemented a proxy back-end based on Node.js.
  • Built a new component library based on Material UI.
  • Updated the front-end tech stack to the latest version of React.

During development, our engineers utilized a wide range of coding best practices, such as code reuse and functional programming.

Furthermore, we helped the client migrate from on-premises servers to AWS. This ensured high scalability of the new solution and allowed the client to achieve significant cost savings on server management.

N-iX also assisted the client with Salesforce customization based on all their business needs. We provided continuous maintenance, including data cleansing, backups, and environment alignments.

Finally, we developed a genAI-powered chatbot assistant for the admin platform to enhance the user experience for the client’s employees.
