Our client is a large enterprise in the digital content industry that provides creative technology solutions. The company offers a comprehensive platform for accessing and licensing various media assets alongside specialized tools and services. Their product portfolio includes diverse content types and customized solutions to meet specific brand requirements.

The client aimed to expand their customer reach by introducing additional features into their platform (marketplace) to make the user experience smoother and more engaging.

Additionally, the client wanted to streamline asset moderation, which was performed by their subsidiaries with the help of different tools. They aimed to make the process faster and more consistent. What's more, they wanted to add the ability to allocate and sell assets, which were moderated by subsidiaries, themselves.

N-iX helped the client enhance the user experience of their global marketplace by implementing recommendations powered by generative AI. We integrated this feature into the Cart page to make it easier for users to find more relevant products.

Furthermore, we enhanced the platform’s search feature by adding the ability to display search results in multiple categories, such as images, videos, assets produced by generative AI, popular content in the user’s region, etc. Our engineers also leveraged lazy loading and GraphQL requests to optimize the platform’s performance.

Finally, we implemented a single Asset moderation tool that enables the client’s subsidiaries to simultaneously review photos and videos and approve them if they are eligible for sale.
