The client aimed to improve their service quality by enhancing their embedded conference communication system, as well as providing constant support and maintenance.

N-iX took complete ownership of the maintenance and support of both the software and firmware of the client’s embedded conference communication system. This included regular firmware and software updates, proactive system monitoring, and remote diagnostics.

Our engineers set up automated testing from scratch to ensure the system’s seamless functioning, reliability, and optimal performance. We also provided software and firmware porting to new platforms to enable compatibility and boost efficiency.

Additionally, we configured the software and firmware for the parameters of new battery types. The calibrations provided by the N-iX team enable accurate measurement and reporting of a wide range of battery parameters, such as voltage, current, state of charge, health, etc.

Finally, N-iX added multi-device support for Bluetooth connectivity to allow users to switch between multiple devices seamlessly without additional pairing/unparing.
