Our client is a large company specializing in designing, manufacturing, and retailing fashionable undergarments and sleepwear for men and women. With stores across multiple European countries, the company is a leader in the local market.

The client aimed to modernize their legacy B2B franchise order system, which was hosted on-premises. This would allow them to improve business efficiency and scalability, streamline maintenance, and optimize costs.

N-iX helped the client design and implement a new franchise order system that manages product orders across multiple franchise locations. We used a modern technology stack, including Magento 2.0, to develop the solution from scratch and enable smooth integration with third-party services. We also designed and implemented an intuitive and user-friendly UI.

Our engineers implemented a multi-cart feature, that allows users (administrators, sales representatives, etc.) to manage orders for multiple franchise locations simultaneously, each with their own separate cart. We developed custom functionality for accessing multiple product catalogs for various customer categories (grouped by country, brand loyalty, etc.). We also implemented a feature for viewing informative and easy-to-use charts that display historical sales data and the number of purchase orders placed by franchisees. To help the client reduce expenses and improve scalability, we deployed the solution's infrastructure on AWS using complimentary hosting services.
