The cooperation between the client and N-iX began with a Product Discovery, during which our experts performed a detailed analysis of the existing quality control processes. We then designed the architecture of a new unified Quality Control solution and outlined a detailed roadmap for its implementation.
N-iX also helped the client develop the Quality Control solution, which serves as a single source of truth for all possible risks and failures that can occur during the car component production process. It provides secure access for quality engineers across the client’s global manufacturing network, facilitating real-time data synchronization and ensuring consistent quality standards worldwide. The highly customizable system can be adjusted to the specific quality control processes at different manufacturing sites. To maximize adoption and efficiency, N-iX developed an intuitive user interface that reduces the learning curve for quality control personnel. It enables experts to efficiently document, analyze, and mitigate potential failure modes while maintaining compliance with international automotive safety standards.
After implementation, we helped the client integrate the Quality Control solution with in-house proprietary systems, such as the PFMEA, Product Lifecycle Management, and the component classification system.
