Recently, the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals has presented the judging scores for its annual Global Outsourcing 100 award. For the fifth consecutive year, N-iX is recognized by the IAOP among the best outsourcing service providers worldwide. This year, the company has received a star* in all six main judging categories - namely Customer References, Company Certification, Programs for Corporate Social Responsibility, Programs for Innovation, Awards&Certifications, and Company Awards.
The Global Outsourcing 100 ranking compiled by IAOP annually is known as one of the most authoritative listings of outsourcing vendors in the world. It is based on a meticulous selection process including an independent review by a panel of IAOP customer members. The award recognizes service providers, advisors and consultants that demonstrate organizational excellence and continuously work on improving their business service models and outcomes. In spite of the fierce competition, N-iX got an exceptionally high score - 7.33 out of 8 points, while the average industry score is 6.30.
The high scores N-iX receives in Global Outsourcing 100 every year demonstrate our commitment to constantly improving the quality of our services, growing our expertise, and keeping a strong focus on the value we provide to our partners. This commitment allowed our company to grow by 33% in 2020 despite the turbulent business climate, and we project even better results for 2021.
We are especially proud to have got 8 out of 8 points for Customer References as our partners’ feedback is of paramount importance for us, and we regularly conduct Customer Satisfaction Surveys to refine our processes and service offering. Also, in recent years, we have invested heavily in the certification of our professionals, received recognition from Forrester, ISG, and other analysts, renewed our industry standards, such as ISO 9001 and ISO 27001:2013, established and grew cloud partnerships, and more. All this is reflected in the maximum score N-iX received for Awards and Certifications.
In addition, N-iX has always been a socially responsible business supporting local communities, funding educational projects, and since last year, fighting Covid-19 and helping local healthcare systems. And the maximum score of 8 points we got from IAOP for Programs for Social Corporate Responsibility inspires us to further develop our CSR programs and make a positive impact.
