Digital modernization streamlines day-to-day operations in finance

The client aimed to streamline day-to-day operations and boost business efficiency by modernizing an extensive legacy desktop system.

N-iX helped the client migrate investment product functionalities to a new web-based platform while updating all dependencies and technologies. We implemented a flow for selling investment products that allows brokers to quickly fill out application forms with client information and send them detailed reports (in PDF format). We also integrated with internal client services via REST APIs and message brokers to enable a wide range of useful features, such as automatically filling in forms with client information.

Additionally, our engineers enhanced the user interface with validation rules and error highlighting. We followed the domain-driven design approach to ensure the new solution aligned with actual business processes.

Finally, we implemented custom calculations that streamline the process of evaluating potential investment returns.
