Business Continuity in Ukraine — N-iX

When Russia invaded Ukraine in late February, our company took all measures to provide safety for N-iX employees (1700+ specialists) and their families:

“Most of our employees were relocated either to safe western parts of Ukraine (Lviv city) or to Poland, Kraków, where N-iX recently established a new office due to the events. We provided our specialists with a safe living and working environment to ensure uninterrupted operation and delivery to customers. As of today, N-iXers work around the clock to help the Ukrainian nation withstand and survive this difficult period,” Daniel Poludyonny, Head of N-iX Game & VR Studio.

Ukraine’s people are strong, remaining resilient and responsible throughout one of the most difficult stages of modern Eastern European history. Ukrainian companies and specialists continue to work in the face of unfathomable adversity, meeting milestones, and delivering quality results as always.

Our Collaboration with Irreverent Labs

Irreverent Labs is a startup assembled for the sole purpose of creating highly intelligent, extremely fun 100-year gaming experiences. Their first upcoming game release promises hilarity built on a detailed gaming world with a complex economy, an NFT asset system, and unique artificially intelligent characters.

N-iX Game & VR Studio started working with Irreverent Labs in November 2021. Together we are developing a groundbreaking blockchain/NFT project, a play-to-earn game called MechaFightClub. The project is going to launch this spring and will become the metaverse’s biggest fight club, where the world is filled with rich lore, unique technology, and hysterical battles of magnificent mecha monsters. Players will first receive mechabot eggs that will hatch into unique bionic creatures living entirely on the blockchain. Then players can use their mecha champions to battle with advanced, artificially intelligent NFT fighters.

N-iX’s team of 12 specialists is working alongside the client’s U.S.-based team, providing co-development services on Unity, 3D environmental art production, animations, and sound design solutions. N-iX Game & VR Studio is pleased to be a part of this promising, even industry-shaping project, as well as to work with Rahul Sood and the wonderful team of Irreverant Labs.
