N-iX can now offer extensive consulting services as part of a unique service combination or as a stand-alone service. This service allows us to work even closer together with the client, while still maintaining the many benefits of our outsourcing solutions. We have two basic models of consulting.

A: Remote Consulting

Remote consulting is comprised of several steps, starting with the client composing a document of requirements for the wanted service. This document is then sent to the main office of N-iX, where the proper preparations are carried out. The solution can either be communicated to the client's technicians or implemented on location by N-iX consultants.

B: On-Site Consulting

On-site consulting means that the consultants are present on-location throughout the entire consultancy life-cycle, covering everything from requirement analysis up to implementation of the finished solution.

We are also able to offer additional home base support for the consultants working on the customer's location, to enable fast and efficient solutions to every problem and further reduce project costs and time spent.
