Central and Eastern European Outsourcing Association (CEEOA) hosted a free webinar “Outsourcing in CEE. Country overview. Ukraine.” on January 13, 2010.

It was the first webinar in the series of webinars dedicated to an overview of Central and Eastern European countries outsourcing potential. Speakers presented Ukraine as the most important outsourcing destination in CEE due to a number of outsourcing companies and other interesting and important facts such as cultural identity with Western world, a large circle of IT specialists, Western-oriented government policies etc.

Besides general presentation of Ukraine’s outsourcing potential and market, speakers examined two most interesting in outsourcing aspect regions: Lviv and Kharkiv. N-ix was recognized as one of six leading companies in Lviv region. Also industry development trends for 2010-2012 were named. Among them adoption and provision of services based on new technologies, improvement of production process, improvements in marketing and sales of outsourcing services and others were mentioned. 

The webinar gave its participants full picture of IT outsourcing industry in Ukraine as well as illustrated its present and future trends.
