Communication

We are confident that good communication is vitally important for the success of any project. We need to establish robust communication with the customer to deliver projects in time and on budget. To ensure this we will assign you a customer representative an experienced member of the team that will manage communication between the client and the development team. The representative will be available to answer your and the team's questions. It makes sense to have somebody from the customers side available as well, especially at the early stages of the project, to help the team understand the system better.

We recommend the following communication options both during the project discussions and for later project activities:

Email Messaging and Phone Calls.

We use phone conferences to discuss issues that are too lengthy or complicated to be put into an email.

Instant Messaging (IM).

Some operative issues are best discussed by means of instant messaging. MSN, ICQ, Yahoo Messenger etc. IM protocols are available.

Personal Meetings.

Can be necessary for several reasons. In some cases, the business specifics of a project can be effectively studied only from first-hand experience, so we need to visit the customer on site.

We provide the required collaborative development techniques by sharing all project information including review/test results, daily builds, bug report statistics, code repository and weekly status reports.
